Brian Tracy
Brian Tracy is, in my humble opinion, the predominant personal success trainer out there. His philosophies are incredibly well thought out and presented. It's hard not to take a specific, actionable plan away from one of his audio programs.
Also, the things Brian has done and the course through which he's taken his life really appeal to me personally.
I particularly like how, while in his twenties, Brian left his home in Canada with the dream of crossing the African continent. He had no money or transportation, but his desire was so strong and his goal so clear in his mind that he worked his way across the world and eventually accomplished what he set out to do.
For eight years after that he worked and traveled in over 80 countries on five continents. During this time he earned his black belt in Shotokan Karate, under some of the most highly respected teachers in the world, and also became fluent in 4 different languages.
It's always been a dream of mine to experience the world as Brian did. I mean, I want to really experience the world and different cultures, not just do the tourist thing. You can't significantly experience the world by taking a few weeks or even a few months abroad. You have to spend years doing it.
I believe that his world travels are the major contributor to Brian's success and without a doubt taught him more about personal development than any book or audio ever could.
Brian has authored 16 books and produced more than 300 different audio and video learning programs covering the entire spectrum of human and corporate performance. These programs, researched and developed for more than 25 years, are some of the most effective learning tools in the world.
